The company follows the guidelines defined by the recognized quality systems and international standards. The policies and procedures applied are embedded in the daily operations of the company and, furthermore, are understood and implemented at all levels. Particular attention is paid to the continuous improvement of processes through:
- Management of the evaluation of procedures
- Management of technological change
- Timely identification and resolution of issues that arise
- The active participation of the management, medical, nursing, auxiliary and administrative staff in the effective management of the quality system and the assumption of responsibility for its implementation in their departments, as well as monitoring and achievement of the company’s objectives.
The clinic was recently certified by the prestigious and internationally recognized Certification Body TUV Austria Hellas, with the standard ΕΛΟΤ ΕΝ ISO15224:2016.
The new ISO 15224 standard confirms the high level of all primary and secondary health services provided by Euromedica General Clinic Dodecanese. The certification emphasizes the quality of care that the patient must receive and ensures the high level of services provided, in accordance with the quality management systems that the Euromedica Group applies to all its clinics. The key features of the new standard focus on the provision of care based on patient safety and service, as well as on the appropriateness and correctness of the provision of health services based on evidence / knowledge.
In addition, the clinic was certified for quality in medical care by the International Agency for Accreditation of Health Services Temos International (δείτε εδώ), as it has been assessed and meets the criteria of Temos International’s accreditation standard.
